Ellen Samford had her 2nd birthday today out in Bellville, and it was a Rock ‘n Roll theme! Lari made tshirts for all of the kids going to the party, they were so cute! So Wyatt wore his striped guitar tshirt, ripped jeans, a bandana and spiked hair! He looked like a little Stoney LaRue J The girls wore hot pink guitar shirts, bright yellow skirts, side ponytails and legwarmers! I think at one point, we fell off the rock ‘n roll fashion train and veered onto the 80’s fashion train – LOL! They had a blast playing outside with their buddies, more cupcakes, ice cream, presents, singing Happy Birthday! They are really into the birthday thing right now, it is very cute. They totally have it down! After the party, we met the Hargetts and their friends, the McHughs, at Cy Fest! Cy Fest is a Cajun festival in Cypress with a live band, good food, a carnival and fields for the kids to run around in! We stayed until 9:30pm, if you can believe that! We were having such a good time, the kids did great (especially considering they missed their nap)! How do you entertain 2 year olds at a festival? Let them run up and down a field… over and over again. Seriously! We had a wonderful time, we look forward to going back next year!
