Baby Cows...

Marc and I have been talking about how to get rid of the pacifier for some time now.  The kids only use them at nap and bedtime, and they aren't allowed to take them out of their beds.  Still, it was a part of their routine, so we worried that it would be an ordeal!  We have been talking to the kids about how they are such big kids and that they don't need the pacifier anymore.  We would tell them that there are so many baby cows out at Ma & Pa's house that need those pacifiers.  Wouldn't it be so nice of them if they gave their pacies to the baby cows, etc.  We took the kids to Brenham over the weekend because I have been working overtime getting ready for the opening of the hospital, and Marc has been in College Station doing last minute stuff for the opening of their 3rd Whiskey Charlie's liquor store!  To our delight, when we picked the kids up on Sunday afternoon, they had told Ma & Pa that they wanted to give their pacies to the baby cows out on the ranch!  So three little cows were very happy to recieve those three little pacifiers from the kids ;)  Thanks, Ma & Pa!
