Whirlwind...

It's been a busy week! We celebrated Thomas Shappley's 2nd Birthday on Saturday, and to our surprise, the kids did awesome! They were totally making themselves at home at Will & Rebecca's, playing with other kids, trying to drink other people's beers and eat their ice cream... Awesome :)

Sunday, we drove to College Station to see Cousin Weston get baptized! This is our first church visit since we were itty bitty, so we weren't sure exactly how the trio were going to behave in church, now that we're walking/crawling/singing/talking all of the time! To Marc and I's surprise, they did pretty great! Annalee LOVED the music and danced everytime the choir sung. Celia was entertained by the papers in the pew in front of us, and played on the floor quite a bit. And Wyatt sat quietly inbetween Daddy and Cousin Tatum, being a good boy! They did great, and then about halfway through the service, Celia was trying to crawl down the aisle, Annalee was trying to eat paper, and Wyatt was getting fidgity. So we declared it a victory and headed to the cry room! We celebrated with family at the Hartsell's house afterwards with fajitas and pooltime! It was a great day, and Weston did so good at his Baptism!
