I always get made fun of for my lack of culinary skills. It just so happens in my family, that the males in our family are outstanding cooks. My dad, Marc, Tim, Jarrek... they do such a good job, I wouldn't want to get in their way! :) Marc has always cooked for us, and done such a fantastic job. But this year, I decided in 2011, I'm going to master 11 dishes. It may take me all year, but come hell or high water, I'm gonna cook. Here is my first experiment: King Ranch Chicken Casserole. I boiled my first chicken today, and it was edible! One down, ten to go!
