This year we celebrated Christmas with the Rogers Families at Caney Creek the weekend before Christmas. The kids were able to spend time with T & Poopaw, then the Hilton families came down Saturday as well as Granny, so it was quite the gathering!
The kids spent a lot of time hanging out with the ducks, they love to watch them eat. Wyatt, Celia, Annalee & Carlie get along so well, we call them the "Quad Squad" because since Carlie is only 3 weeks younger, they are pretty much quads! They spent time playing at their sand table, swinging, riding in their wagon, and Poopaw showed them where the new blackberry patch is going to be! They also helped Poopaw pick (and eat) his famous red tomotoes. The kids now think that all tomatoes are Poopaw's tomatoes, it's really cute. We were watching Mickey Mouse the other day and Minnie Mouse had a basket of red tomatoes. Celia said "Oooh, Minnie has tomatoes! Poopaw brought them." :)
All of the kids got so many wonderful gifts, it was really nice to see the whole family together! T, Poopaw, us 5, Tim, Karie, Carlie (and Presley!), Tom, Trixie, Nicky, Taylor (and her new boyfriend Chase), Georgia, Ted, Shawna, Granny... it was awesome! Here are some pictures from our holiday together...
